The buyback slice of every fee buys POSSUM. 10 times a day, at times nobody can predict, a token past milestone 1 wins a share of the pot, split across its holders by how long they have held and vesting over 7 days. Once a week a jackpot picks any qualified token with equal odds. Sell the token before your drop has vested and the rest goes back to its holders.

Draws start once the pot holds POSSUM and a token has reached milestone 1 in the good tier. Tickets come from the fees a token's traders paid over the last two days, at least $100 of them.

Each draw records its Switchboard randomness account, the reveal transaction and the 32-byte value, plus the eligible tokens with their tickets. The winner is the entry the value lands on when the tickets are laid out in mint order (one ticket each for a jackpot). The ledger recomputes every winner on replay and refuses any other, so a draw cannot be rewritten. The full record is at /api/lottery.
