POSSUM
Side pools
From milestone 2, each token gets a small POSSUM pool of its own, filled only from that token’s fees and its lottery wins.
The budget
- From milestone 2, 25% of the token’s buyback share becomes its side-pool budget instead of the POSSUM pot’s.
- 30% of every lottery win the token takes is set aside as POSSUM for the same pool. The lottery
Filling the pool
- Once the budget reaches 1 SOL, or that much in value, possum’s hot wallet spends it: 50% buys POSSUM by the buyback route, and the rest buys the token.
- The POSSUM set aside from lottery wins joins, matched in value by the token side.
- The first time, this creates a Raydium pool for POSSUM and the token at the 0.25% fee tier. Later rounds add to it at the pool’s price. The pool shares go to possum’s treasury.
Safeguards
- Swaps accept at most 1% slippage.
- Nothing is added while the pool’s price is more than 5% away from the market’s.
- Leftovers from rounding are added only once they are worth 10% of the minimum budget; smaller amounts wait.
- Side pools are never funded from the treasury. A dying token can drain only the POSSUM its own fees put in its pool.
